He is a passionate Chemistry Coach based in Singapore, Southeast-Asia and one of the most dynamic, powerful and humorous speakers in Asia. He anticipates the joy of interacting with children and unleashing their potential so much that, he started coaching Secondary Schools students during his Bachelor Degree in Applied Sciences (Chemistry) in local university, helping them in breaking through their academic results. Sean has also remained as a mentor for those that he have coached, giving them advice on higher educations and career choices. In fact, many of his former students will be joining the Chemical Industries (Biotechnology, Petrochemicals, Semi-Conductors & Pharmaceuticals) in near future after realizing their true interest in Chemistry. He is continuously upgrading his teaching skills in order to ensure that he delivers his knowledge of Chemistry effectively and efficiently.

Having acquired knowledge in the different fields of Chemistry during his Polytechnic days (hands-on learning) and University days (theory crunching), Sean is able to communicate experiences, real life Chemistry observations, apt analogies - all this to simplify the Chemistry Concepts for students to grasp and remember in an easier manner. He also has several years of experience as a Chemist and Technical Product Specialist/Manager for the fast-growing Research Chemical Industry. Through his extensive experiences in the Chemical Research arena, he is constantly talking to aspiring scientists and researchers in Singapore Biomedical Industry, as well as Deans, Head of Depts and educators in local universities (NUS / NTU / SMIT) and schools - and such updated research and market trends are always the highlights when students asked about how each Chemistry topics relate to real life situation in Singapore.

Sean is also the Vice Head of his Secondary School Alumni Club. Together with his alumni, he has conducted Motivation Talks to graduating classes that are preparing for their O Level Examinations. He and his team have participated twice each academic year, with the aim of motivating students towards areas of Confidence Building, Time Management, Career Opportunities, Poly/JC Route and other things that students finds it uncomfortable to talk to their school teachers. Most importantly, his Alumni Team provides the motivational support for graduating students during this stressful period before their major examinations.

He lives by his personal belief throughout all these years of coaching - that is to unleash the child’s potential and to have a holistic view in Chemistry.
